Job Description
Teleservices Manila is excited to announce an opening for Customer Service Representatives within our Healthcare Account. This opportunity is ideal for both college graduates and undergraduates who have completed at least two years of study, as well as individuals possessing a minimum of six months of experience in BPO or customer service. Excellent English communication skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with healthcare inquiries related to coverage, benefits, and claims.
- Communicate with clients via inbound calls, emails, or chat platforms.
- Address customer concerns while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Achieve performance benchmarks while delivering exceptional service.
