Job Description

Position Overview:
The Retail Account Representative handles inbound and outbound calls related to retail accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries professionally.
- Assist with orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Document interactions accurately.
- Provide product recommendations.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
