Job Description
Motivate the store team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
Generate ideas about future retail activities to ensure sales target achievement; maintains up-to-date knowledge of the marketplace, competitors, and retail business trends.
Perform a regular analysis of the day-to-day flow of stores.
Forecast items for product planning for various seasons.
Prepare accurate sales reports to Management.
Plan and manage the stores’ budgets.
Audit inventory levels of POS items and merchandising materials.
Take a lead role in building a strong sales management culture.
Set sales targets and customer service index for all stores.
Have full P&L accountability for all stores.
Empowered to make decisions on all aspects of retail trade sales and operations within the guidelines set by the company.
Be involved in the strategy development of the retail trade by participating in the decision-making process for new initiatives, projects, policies, and procedures.
Hire, train, and oversee new staff requirements.
Other tasks as assigned.
