Job Description
The Retail Area Supervisor requires management and supervision of 2GO retail outlets in designated area, whether company-owned or agent-owned outlets. He/She is expected to perform below responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure effective compliance by assigned outlets to company’s designated operating, administrative, marketing, and branding standards.
- Conceptualize, draft, manage, implement plans and programs directly related to store-owned outlets and agents to help improve overall sales and business relationships.
- Conduct administrative function including but not limited to contracts, agreements, communication, visits, audits for store-owned outlets and agents.
- Plan and implement programs to expand revenue and control operating expenses from store-owned outlets and agents.
- Identify possible business development and expansion opportunities in assigned areas, especially in terms of new agent opportunities, new market opportunities, or new outlet expansion opportunities.
