Job Description
Retail Assistant
1. Monitor sell-out trends, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement in alliance with the sales and marketing team for recommendations to management.
2. Monitor competitor activities and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.
3. Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and retail innovations to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
4. Continuously improve the sell-out process by implementing best practices, streamlining operations, and leveraging technology solutions.
5. Conduct regular store visits to assess sell-out performance, provide training and support to retail staff, and gather market insights.
6. Support new product launches by developing and delivering specialized training programs tailored to the unique features and benefits of new products.
7. Deliver engaging and interactive product training sessions, both in-person and remotely, to employees, sales teams, partners, and other stakeholders.
8. Facilitate the development of comprehensive product training programs and materials, including presentations, training guides, e-learning modules, and assessments, to support various learning styles and training needs.
