Job Description
OTeleservices in Ortigas is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with customers through phone, email, and chat, providing them with prompt and professional responses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and deliver accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly attitude.
- Filipino citizen or possessing valid residence status.
- Completion of high school, college, or vocational education.
Compensation: Php18,980.00 – Php23,980.00 per month, along with benefits including HMO, 13th Month Pay, and more!
