Job Description
We are conducting mass hiring for on-site, full-time customer service positions in Metro Manila. One-day hiring; no prior BPO experience required.
- Responsibilities: Handle customer chats related to orders, returns/exchanges, escalations, product recommendations, and documentation.
- Compensation & benefits: Php30,00 signing bonus; salary up to Php28,00; 13th and 14th month pay; HMO from day one (covers up to three dependents); paid training; 30 paid leaves; allowances; performance bonuses; 20% night differential; flexible shifts; fast career growth; complimentary coffee and biscuits.
