Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and enhancing the overall retail experience for our customers.
As a RETAIL CONSULTANT, you shall have the following duties and responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer assistance in making purchase decisions.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and prompt resolution.
Sales and Product Knowledge:
- Actively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and upselling.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and updates.
Visual Merchandising:
- Ensure the retail space is visually appealing and products are well-displayed.
- Implement merchandising guidelines and assist with creating eye-catching displays.
- Monitor and replenish inventory as needed.
Point of Sale (POS) Operations:
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
- Collect customer feedback and convey insights to improve products and services.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve overall store objectives.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php610.00 per day
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Overtime
- Shift system
- Weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Experience:
- Retail Sales Associate: 1 year (Preferred)
