Job Description
We are urgently hiring onsite Retail Customer Support Specialists for full-time, permanent roles at SapientBPO Novaliches, Metro Manila. Open to fresh graduates with immediate start.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain and update customer records
- Escalate issues and adhere to company policies and procedures
