Job Description
Rockwell Land Corporation is seeking a dedicated Category Specialist with a strong background in retail leasing. Training will be conducted in Makati, with permanent assignment in Angeles City, Pampanga.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new retail leasing opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with existing tenants.
- Analyze market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing for tenant visibility.
- Coordinate lease agreement compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Retail leasing experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
