Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team in the Food & Beverage industry. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our retail outlets, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage daily operations of the retail outlets, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate retail staff.
- Monitor and analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies.
