Job Description
Summary:
The Meat Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing 6-10 Chef’s Corner Meat Outlets. Duties include daily operations management, team training, SOP adherence, and achieving financial goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years retail supervisory experience
- Food industry background preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Operational Efficiency
- Ensure outlets follow SOP
- Meet financial targets
- Execute promotions as needed
2. Day-to-day operations
- Identify improvements
- Train staff
- Maintain cash and inventory accuracy
- Remit cash daily
3. Expansion
- Support with market surveys
4. Reporting
- Post daily sales
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Forecast and manage inventory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php30,00.00 per month
