Job Description
- Ensure excellent customer service by providing customers with product knowledge, advice, and recommendations, answering questions, and making sales.
- Maintain clean and presentable shop floors before, during, and after store operations.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to assist and be responsive to customers.
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and comfortable for shoppers.
- Assist customers with proper sizing, color choices, and fetching items from inventory.
- Ensure a good fit for the customer and the product.
- Restock low items and maintain attractive displays.
- Assist with inventory counts and placement of new products and displays.
- Handle customer complaints calmly and find reasonable solutions.
- Prevent theft or mishandling of merchandise according to company policies.
- Inform customers about sales, rewards programs, and return policy.
- Process payments using cash register, credit card machines, or POS system.
