Job Description
Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist customers with their shopping needs
- Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
- Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
Requirements
- With HS DIPLOMA or Tertiary Level with TOR
- At least 6 months-1 year work experience in sales is an advantage
- NO Experience in Sales but willing to be trained is welcome to apply
- Exceptional customer service skills.
