Job Description
Onesimus Corporation seeks a professional Retail Sales Associate to represent our formal wear stores. This full-time, permanent position begins with a 6-month probationary period and involves rotating mall shifts (opening, mid, closing).
- Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise; achieve daily sales targets.
- Handle merchandise, maintain inventory control, and support store planning and safety compliance.
- Perform cash management and ensure store cleanliness and maintenance.
Requirements: high school graduate, computer literate, and willing to work shifts; retail experience is a plus. Compensation: Php550/day plus incentives and paid overtime. Benefits include employee discount, health insurance, and opportunities for promotion to permanent roles.
