What is this role about? The role is responsible for processing key account applications to validate enrolled accounts of RSMs.
What will YOU do?
- Monitor tickets received and process disputes, fleet account, and SPI card requests & issues to coordinate with our internal and external customers regarding fleet concerns/requests.
- Receive and submit BDO manual charge slips from stations nationwide manual charge slips received by Marketing.
- Generate monthly/yearly sales or volume of each account, maintaining of performance monitoring in G.Drive to provide updated numbers to be used in the reports and to capture volume for SPF renewals.
- Administer SPI Fleet Card Manager’s Portal (fleetcard.seaoil.com.ph) and account enrollment in the portal to manage the list of newly enrolled fleet accounts.
- Review and analyze SPF application and renewals to provide actual volume.
- Update all Retail Sales databases.
- Create performance report weekly to provide actual performance of each RSM.
- Prepare and submit account reimbursement.
What will YOU need?
- Open to fresh graduates of Business, Management, Marketing, and other related courses.
- Willing to do fieldwork as needed.
- Willing to be assigned in Davao area.
