JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with the discovery of IQOS
- Educate adults about IQOS and conduct guided trials
- Perform seamless purchase transactions, customization, and after-sales services
- Provide exceptional customer service experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- Confident, charismatic, excellent communicator with English-speaking skills
- Passionate about Retail Sales
- Experience in upscale lifestyle retail shop is an advantage

COMPENSATION: Competitive base salary, incentives, career growth opportunities.
