Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Customer service management
2. Category building:
- a. Accountable for category sales achievement
- b. Ensure 100% customer service level
- c. Implement WalterMart standards
- d. Maintain safety and sanitation
- e. Implement first to expire, first out (FEFO)
- f. Manage bad orders
- g. Execute promotions timely and accurately
- h. Ensure shelf tags are updated
3. Ensure 100% inventory accuracy
4. Supervise and monitor sales support staff performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in store management and retail operations.
