Job Description
As a Store Manager you are expected to do the following:
- Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensuring compliance of team to operations, VM and brand standards.
- Preparing detailed sales report analysis based on retail KPIs.
- Undertaking store administration duties such as manpower roster, managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- Analyze best-selling products, sell thru reports and other merchandise related concerns.
- Responsible for safekeeping store inventory.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php22,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
