Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and maintain exceptional customer service standards. The successful candidate will manage staff, control inventory, implement visual merchandising, and coordinate local marketing efforts to achieve business objectives.
- Responsibilities: Lead and coach team members, manage schedules, monitor inventory, ensure attractive merchandising, and analyze sales trends.
