Job description:
- Involved in acquisition and development of new branches
- Continuously developing existing stores
- Setting sales and financial targets
- Oversees and monitors store performance
- Analyzes sales figures
- Ensures store compliance with company standards
- Implements retail plans in line with company strategy
- Resolves customer and supplier concerns
- Coaches staff to increase sales
- Identifies and addresses relevant opportunities
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Minimum 3 years related work experience
- Proficient in multiple store management
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
