We are seeking a Retail Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our scooping stations. The ideal candidate will manage inventory through SAP, handle customer complaints, and prepare monthly store audits. Additionally, this role includes hiring and training staff, scheduling shifts, and maintaining petty cash records.
Qualifications: Experience as a restaurant supervisor, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team of 15 are essential. A friendly demeanor and quick learning ability are highly valued.
