Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our service stations and personnel, ensuring strict adherence to operational policies and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local government permits.
- Conduct audits and provide training to Station Managers on standard operations.
- Analyze profitability and collaborate with the Retail Sales Team.
Requirements:
- Open to recent graduates from any degree program.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (manual transmission).
- Familiarity with Mindanao; retail experience is an advantage.
