Job Description
Pelicen Inc. is seeking a dedicated Retention Manager to enhance client account management and improve retention rates. In this role, you will maintain client status, identify upsell opportunities, and educate clients on effective strategies. Collaborating closely with the sales team, the Retention Manager will ensure clients are informed about market trends and potential service upgrades.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee client accounts, strengthen account relationships, upsell services, provide client education, implement retention strategies, coordinate with sales teams, and keep clients updated on market developments.
Qualifications: A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer success, strong analytical and communication skills, essential sales experience, and knowledge of Forex, CFDs, and Commodities.
