Job Description
Pelicen Inc. is seeking a dedicated Retention Manager to oversee assigned accounts and execute client retention activities, including account replenishment, assessment, evaluation, and market updates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain active status of all clients
- Promote account strength and upsell services
- Educate clients on retention strategies
- Develop growth strategies and collaborate with sales teams
- Update clients on market events and trends
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year in a customer success role
- Strong analytical and sales skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of Forex, CFDs, and Commodities
