Job Description
Join GGIS GLOBAL as a Retention Technical Support Agent in a permanent work-from-home position. We seek candidates with over 2 years of BPO experience.
Enjoy a basic salary of Php 23,00 plus Php 2,00 and a 10% commission. Ideal candidates should be tech-savvy, understand VPN, and have customer retention experience.
Requirements: Laptop/desktop (min i5), headset, webcam, and stable internet (min 50mbps).
Start dates: Oct 28, 30, or Nov 4. Educational requirement: at least first-year college (undergrads welcome).
Benefits: Paid training and 13th-month salary.
