Job Description
BDO Unibank is actively seeking a dedicated Retrieval Processor to join our Consumer Banking Group in Mandaluyong City. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing operational risks while enhancing the efficiency of chargeback processing for our esteemed merchants.
Responsibilities:
- Submit fulfillment documents to the requesting unit within 20 calendar days.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all fulfillment and chargeback support documents.
- Communicate retrieval requests to merchants within 3 banking days from the distribution date.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 3 years of experience in credit operations, with a focus on chargebacks.
Applicants must be willing to work on-site in Ortigas.
