Job Description
The Operations teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, managing KPIs, and conducting root cause analysis. Responsibilities include leading high-impact projects, designing customer service initiatives, and working with stakeholders for business improvement.
- Lead and manage high-impact projects
- Design customer service initiatives
- Identify functional/product gaps
- Communicate strategies with relevant departments
- Create systems to evaluate adjustments
- 4 years Bachelor’s Degree
- 4-5 years work experience with project management exposure
- Master’s degree in Business Administration is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of business processes
