Shopee is currently seeking a talented Returns & Refunds Analytics Specialist to enhance our Operations team in Manila, Philippines. This position focuses on optimizing our operational processes through the development of insightful reports, in-depth analysis of KPIs, and the identification of automation opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, have a minimum of one year of relevant experience, and demonstrate proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
