Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Reverse Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. As a Reverse Mortgage Loan Processor, you will be responsible for managing and processing loan documents, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
Key responsibilities include reviewing loan applications, verifying applicant information, ordering appraisals and title reports, coordinating with underwriters, communicating with borrowers and loan officers, and managing loan files. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential skills for this role.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a loan processor
- Knowledge of reverse mortgage loan processing procedures
- Proficiency in processing software and loan origination systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
