Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Review & Client Support specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring prompt and effective resolution of client inquiries and providing excellent support throughout the review process.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and responding to client queries and concerns in a timely manner via email and phone.
- Assisting clients in navigating our review platform and providing guidance on best practices.
- Conducting regular quality checks on client reviews to ensure accuracy and authenticity.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and gather feedback for product improvements.
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. Prior experience in customer support or related positions is preferred, but not required.
