Job Description
Job Scope:
- Process casino membership transactions in line with operational and regulatory procedures for all Rewards Club activities;
- Stay informed and knowledgeable about the company’s products and property information;
- Deliver high-standard guest relations to patrons, adhering to established service protocols.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- Enjoy interacting with guests, equipped with strong problem-solving skills to handle arising issues;
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in work outputs is a must.

Schedule: 10-hour shifts with holidays, weekends, and a rotational shift system.
