Job Description
Assists BCP Coordinator to ensure that the BPI/MS-Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Master Procedure is up to date.
Coordinate with ISG for the implementation of Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)
Assists BCP Coordinator in conducting Call Tree
Prepares the BCP related presentation materials for Top Management reporting
Perform regular checking and maintenance of BCP Site
Maintain and conduct an inventory of property and equipment at the BCP Site
Assists BCP Coordinator in the preparation, updating, review, and dissemination of policies, regulations, and guidelines related to Business Continuity and Information Security.
Assists BCP Coordinator in the preparation of BIA & RABCON
Monitoring of buddy branch ids
Maintain and conduct an inventory of Disaster Preparedness Kit (Go Bag)
Downloading of query report
Operating Loss Events (OLE) reporting
Assists BCP Coordinator in conducting BCP Certification Testing; Roll out Risk & Control Self-Assessment
Assists BCP Coordinator to update employees’ information
Conduct/facilitate information security inspection/self-check
Preparation of info. Asset, process risks & BCM dashboard
