Job Description
BOF, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Risk and Information Security Officer to support the Chief Compliance Officer in managing risk-taking activities consistent with the Bank’s strategic direction.
Regular Duties Include:
- Assist in developing risk appetite and risk limits.
- Enhance risk management policies and ensure compliance.
- Stay updated on best practices in risk management.
- Conduct risk assessments for new products and services.
- Manage information security incidents and coordinate responses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10 years of banking experience.
