Job Description
The Risk control specialist is responsible for auditing, checking customer transactions, analyzing data, and ensuring departmental operations run effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Thoroughly check customer transactions for fraud, errors, and anomalies
- Monitor operation records
- Adhere to work requirements, regulations, and provide prompt feedback
- Maintain professional standards and follow company policies
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Willing to undergo a 1-month training
- Good communication skills
- Strong risk awareness and positive work attitude
- Flexible, adaptable, responsible, and computer literate
- Willing to work during holidays and shifting schedules
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php24,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Day shift
