Job Description
A Risk Surveyor is responsible for assessing and evaluating potential risks associated with specific properties or projects. They conduct detailed inspections, analyze data, and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating existing insurance policies and coverage to identify any gaps
- Conducting field inspections to gather data on potential risks
- Examining property conditions, construction quality, and safety measures
- Assessing the likelihood and potential impact of various risks such as fire, theft, liability, etc.
- Preparing comprehensive risk assessment reports
- Providing recommendations for risk prevention and mitigation
