Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Risk Team Leader in our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) department.

As a Risk Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of risk analysts and overseeing the overall risk management processes. Your primary role will be to identify potential risks, implement effective risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the risk team in identifying potential risks and assessing their impact on the organization.
• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate risk mitigation strategies and modify as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management across departments.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of risk management activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a BPO industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
