Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive items for warranty from customer.
- Instruct IT technician to troubleshoot items.
- Coordinate with supplier and/or service center schedule for pick up.
- Monitor status of the items. Follow up and ask for update from supplier/service center.
- Update customer of the status of their item.
- Schedule repaired item back to customer.
- Make summary report of all items for warranty.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
· Computer literate
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Strong communication skills.
· Superb organizational skills.
· Excellent time management.
· Bachelor’s degree or college level.
Location: Head Office, Edsa Taft, Pasay

Pay: From Php16,500.00 per month
