Job Description
We are currently seeking a Road Manager to join our team. As a Road Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all logistics related to touring and live performances. This includes organizing travel arrangements, overseeing production setup, collaborating with venues, and ensuring the smooth running of all road operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule all tour activities, including transportation, accommodations, and rehearsals.
- Manage the production setup and ensure all technical and sound equipment are in place.
- Collaborate with venues to handle logistics, such as stage setup, sound checks, and crowd management.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all staff, crew, and artists on the road.
- Handle financial aspects, including budgeting, expense tracking, and settlement negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in tour management or related field is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
