Job Description
Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, situated in the dynamic Fort Bonifacio district, is now accepting applications for the position of Room Attendant. Our prestigious establishment boasts 576 hotel guestrooms and 97 hotel residences in a stunning 60-storey complex.
Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest rooms while replenishing supplies as necessary.
- Follow Shangri-La’s established room standards meticulously.
- Assist with guest laundry and dry-cleaning requests.
- Ensure public areas and general spaces are impeccably maintained.
- Report maintenance concerns to the Engineering Department promptly.
Requirements:
- College degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant hospitality experience is preferred.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and be a collaborative team player.
