Job Description
We are looking for a qualified ROPA Administrator to join our team at DTI-SBCorp. The ideal candidate should be a graduate of a business-related course with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Duties include:
- Maintaining an accurate Inventory of ROPA Accounts.
- Ensuring timely property appraisals and tax payments.
- Processing ownership transfers and facilitating asset marketing.
- Coordinating inspections and preparing related reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php25,232.00 per month
Benefits: Company events, promotion to permanent employee.
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday with flextime.
