Job Description
The Route Supervisor is tasked with organizing, coordinating, and overseeing daily operational teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Willingness to engage in fieldwork.
- Able to drive a manual 4-wheel vehicle.
- Familiarity with the South Luzon region (Batangas, Laguna, Cavite).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the assigned area and manage route team activities.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain equipment performance.
- Participate in client meetings and support sales initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Salary: Php20,00 – Php25,00/month
