We are looking for goal-oriented individuals to fill in the Roving Customer Service Associate Role.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Accurately and promptly answer client inquiries regarding healthcare coverage.
- Manage utilization and redirect members to cost-efficient providers.
- Provide professional customer service and conduct visits to health facilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to work in various clinics/hospitals within Davao.
