Job Description
Virlux Innovations International Corp is looking for a dedicated Roving Sales Supervisor to drive operational excellence across various locations. In this role, you will provide on-site support, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular visits to designated branches
- Monitor and enhance staff performance through coaching
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols
- Assist with the launch of new stores and improve underperforming branches
- Address and resolve escalated customer issues
- Facilitate training and onboarding for new employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader or Coordinator
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to locations within Luzon
