Job Description
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Sales Performance of all concession stores
- Ensure that all stores have their delivery complete and on time
- Ensure that Promo Girls are always visible on the selling area
- Evaluate Newly Hired Promo Girls and be able to recommend for replacement or retain
- Responsible for the approval for the Overtime and Change Schedule of Promo Girls
- Responsible for the Management of assigned Stores, Product Management, Personnel Management, Stores Image, Sales Marketing, Profitability and Ensures Implementation of company Operations Standards
