Job Description
The functions of the Timekeeper and Admin in our company, TOPSERVE SERVICE SOLUTIONS, INC, are as follows:
- Timekeeping
- Routing and approval and consolidation
- Uploading of billing SAO in E-Portal
- Process billing and billable items
- Shuttle service deductions
- Forklift and Liquigaz rental
- Uniform releasing and receiving
- Monitor ecodes and ATM of newly deployed
- Transmittal of Documents
- Inventory report and Office supplies
Job Type: Full-time
