Job Description
Qualifications:
- College graduate (4-year course)
- Minimum 3 years experience as Right of Way Staff in OSP
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge in legal matters/laws related to project construction (Telecom)
- Flexible, can work under time pressure
- Problem solver, keen to details
- Must be willing to be assigned to any project site (Luzon and Visayas area)
- Can start ASAP

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys, negotiate with property owners, LGU’s and other government agencies, and acquiring necessary permissions for project construction/development
- Collaborate with implementation team to ensure compliance with regulations, handle documentation related to site acquisition
- Assist in resolving disputes during the implementation stage
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends
