Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled RPA Lead to join our team. As the RPA Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity within our organization.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, analyze business processes, and design and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the RPA development team and provide technical guidance and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop automation strategies and roadmaps.
- Analyze business processes and identify suitable processes for automation.
- Design and develop RPA solutions, including process flowcharts, configuration, and testing.
- Implement RPA solutions and ensure successful deployment.
- Monitor and support RPA solutions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in RPA development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
