Job Description
Are you experienced in recruitment and looking for a night shift job opportunity? We have an exciting position available as a Remote Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Specialist.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for conducting two interviews only, with no assessment required, for our client’s hiring process. In this role, you will collaborate with our clients to understand their hiring needs and design interview criteria accordingly. You will source, screen, and interview potential candidates, assessing their suitability for the role.
As a Remote RPO Specialist, you will work during the night shift to accommodate our global clients’ requirements. To be successful in this position, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in recruitment or a similar field is highly desirable.
