Job Description
Comrise Global Solutions is excited to announce an opportunity for a Spanish-speaking RPO Recruiter to join our dynamic team on a 3-month contractual basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for comprehensive recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates for our clients, requiring fluency in both Spanish and English.
Location: Hybrid – Eastwood, Quezon City
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Attract and source candidates through multiple channels.
- Perform screenings, conduct interviews, and carry out assessments.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in RPO.
Pay: Php 60,00 – Php 80,00 per month.
