Job Description
Pancake is a fast-growing SaaS platform that centralizes customer conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more. We seek a Sales Specialist to accelerate growth in the Philippines.
- Prospect, contact, and present tailored product demos onsite (Metro Manila) and online.
- Provide six months of post-sale consultancy and handle inquiries via Pancake CRM.
- Resolve basic issues; escalate complex cases; maintain accurate client records.
- Requirements: 1–2 years B2B sales or customer service (SaaS preferred), strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Tagalog, CRM and MS Office proficiency, results-driven.
- Salary: PHP 25,00–60,00 (Base + Commission + KPI Bonus). Full-time, on-site in Quezon City/Metro Manila.
